Warehouse management · 3PL

Every pallet has a lot, a date, and a story you can prove.

RMS is a warehouse system for operators who store other people's regulated goods — food, supplements, pharma. Lot codes, expiry dates and holds are the centre of the record, not fields someone remembers to fill in.

Capabilities

Built around the things that get audited.

Most warehouse systems treat lot and expiry as optional metadata. When your customer is a supplement brand or a food producer, they are the reason the record exists at all.

Receiving

Capture at the dock, per SKU

Decide per item whether a lot, expiry, manufacture date, serial or pallet label is optional or required. The dock cannot skip what the item demands, so the record is complete before the pallet is put away.

Holds

Do-not-sell, enforced

Quarantine stock and it leaves available inventory immediately — off the sellable ledger, excluded from allocation, still visible and counted. Release a full hold or split part of a pallet.

Rotation

FEFO that respects the pallet

Allocate by first-expiry-first-out, or keep pallets intact when breaking one costs more than it saves. Lot boundaries are never crossed silently.

Units

Eaches, cases, pallets — and catch weight

One item, a real unit hierarchy: eaches per case, cases per pallet. Goods sold by weight carry their captured weight, never a converted estimate.

Billing

Storage and handling, from the ledger

Rate cards per customer, invoices built from movements that actually happened, with a guard against billing the same event twice.

Multi-client

One building, many brands

Every row belongs to a customer, isolated in the database itself rather than by a filter someone has to remember to write.

Traceability

FSMA 204 is a date, not a maybe.

  • Critical tracking events recorded as they happen — receive, transform, ship — not reconstructed later from paperwork.
  • Lot-level chain of custody from the pallet that arrived to the order that left.
  • Traceability-list items flagged per SKU, so the lot requirement can't be relaxed by accident on an item where it's federal.
  • A recall query you can answer in minutes — which lots, which customers, which orders.

Integration

Your customer's system finds out the moment it ships.

A real API, not a nightly spreadsheet. Your customers push orders and advance notices, read live stock, and get told when something moves — signed, retried, and scoped so each brand only ever sees its own goods.
